With the majority of units located on the beach side of the exclusive Longboat Key island, including several overlooking the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and a handful of others intimately nestled on the bayside, this condominium complex encompasses all the elements of a tropical paradise. The quiet ambiance and relaxed atmosphere of this vacation hideaway, coupled with the natural foliage and perfect location have created a must-see community on Longboat Key. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness of your unit to the manicured grounds, will be evident the moment you arrive. The glorious sunrises, the romantic sunsets, the lush tropical flowers abloom everywhere - you will believe you have found a personal paradise in the Cabana Beach Club. Many of our guests return year-after-year to relax and enjoy the area’s many attractions. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, community laundry facilities and complimentary chaise lounges.



Accommodations: Cabana Beach Club is a relaxing retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the northern-end of Longboat Key with several units also located on the bay side. Choose from our various unit styles including one-, two-bedroom and efficiency units. Our favorite place for a staycation

This is our 2nd time staying at the Cabana. First time was the week of our wedding in '22. We love LBK and the Sarasota area. Peaceful and relaxing! Just a short walk to the beach and so many amazing restaurants to choose from.

Fabulous Location

This is an awesome location. Steps from the beach. Pros - location, nicely furnished, rental company was friendly at check-in. Cons - kitchen was not well equipped, pots and pans need replacement, not the cleanest apartment.

Amazing location

Everything was amazing, the location, the kitchen, the views, the apartment in front of the the ocean and pool.. what they should improve was that the shower gave very little water, that I had to wash my hair in the shower of the pool that was in front of my apartment and at night I had to put the fan in the room because it was very hot and They should improve too the cleaning of the sheets, otherwise everything was super great, I would return with pleasure.

Amazing stay/vacation

The property was everything we needed. Communication with checking in/what to do/ things included in property/ ect made it easy to plan for our vacation. There were a couple of minor things (tv in and out but my husband finally fixed it, low water pressure, and we had no hot water in the shower the whole time) but they weren’t big enough issues to bother us really and we are ready to book our next vacation to the same place!

Perfect Beach Cabana

200 ft to a beautiful beach. The place was super clean and quiet. Wake up every day to looking at the gulf and do not have to go very far once you are on the beach to use the bathroom or get food. The shower water pressure is a little low, but I believe that is just a result of being out on the island. Hey as long as I can rinse the sand off, who cares?

Great stay

The condo is exactly as described, clean, conveniently located, easy check in/check out process…we were actually able to check in early which was very appreciated! We absolutely loved the beach and beach access… Would definitely return. Only con is very poor wi-fi which could be the area. It might be worth mentioning… just good info to have. The only other thing is our beach umbrella literally fell apart when we tried to use it…. Really, really need a functional accessible beach umbrella!! Did I mention the beach is wonderful!! 😉

Great stay!!

The cottage was in a great location. We loved the cottage. It was stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing. The beach and pool area were amazing as well. We did not have good cellphone service which is fine. We connected to internet which did not work well. Overall it was an excellent stay! Thank you!!

Excellent location, good place to stay.

Longboat Key is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a different Florida feel. Cabana Beach Club #5 was a very nice place to stay and I do recommend the property. However, there were a few things that brought the property down to 4 stars for us. 1: While the property was cleaned well, the windows appeared to have quite a bit of mold growing inside where the grids are. I understand coastal properties can have mold issues, but it definitely wasn’t pleasant to look at. 2:There was also quite a bit of what appeared to be rust in the grout at the base of the bathtub and along the adjoining wall. Nothing terrible, but just another reason to lower from 5 stars to 4. 3: While watching tv definitely isn’t something we did a lot of while at the beach, we did watch a bit at night before bed. After about 20 minutes the tv in the bedroom constantly shut off and come back on every couple of minutes. It may just be a wire that needs replaced, but was quite aggravating. It wasn’t something I felt the need to bother maintenance with over the weekend, but feel it should be mentioned for future guests. Again, I do recommend this property and most definitely Longboat Key. I highly recommend dining at the Lazy Lobster and getting the filet and lobster combo!

Great stay!

We’ve stayed in another unit on the property and absolutely love it! Love that you can see the beach from the porch. Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
