"The room was excellent, the front desk staff was good but Chan in particular excelled. She was so helpful, polite and friendly that it made my stay. I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge.
