Summary:
This stylish 1 bedroom apartment has been tastefully finished and is located in Hackney Central - An ideal base to explore London! There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living space with a dining table, sofa and access out onto a charming balcony. The double bedroom has ample storage for clothes and hotel linen. There is also a home office with a sofa bed for 1 additional guest if required. The modern bathroom has a rainfall shower, roll top bath and complimentary toiletries provided.

The Space:
The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in an enviable East London location, with great transport links right on your doorstep. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, as well as teas and coffee provided for guests to use. The living space has an L-shaped sofa, large dining table and access out onto a balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The double bedroom has plenty of storage space and crisp hotel linen. There is also a separate study/home office with a sofa bed for 1 additional guest if required for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The modern bathroom has a rainfall shower, roll top bath and complimentary toiletries provided.

The property is located in Hackney Central a buzzing neighbourhood with a host of restaurants, bars shops and coffee shops within easy reach. There are 2 main overground stations within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (Hackney Central and Hackney Downs) which provide easy access to all parts of London, including Liverpool Street Station within 10 minutes. The nearby London Fields is a great place to enjoy a morning stroll, and you can keep going down to Broadway Market, a picturesque street with a village feel, home to independent stores, speciality coffee shops and local fishmongers and butchers etc. From here you reach the Regents canal and you can walk along the water to Victoria Park, host to joggers, dog walkers and a lovely food market on Sundays. There is a large Tesco supermarket less than 5 minutes from the apartment.

There are 2 main overground stations within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (Hackney Central and Hackney Downs) which provide easy access to all parts of London, including Liverpool Street Station within 10 minutes. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road.
Hackney Central Overground Station (4 min walk) – Offers quick access to:
Stratford for shopping and entertainment.
Highbury & Islington for major underground connections.
Camden Town (under 20 min) for an iconic London experience.
Kew Gardens in Richmond for a lush, botanical escape.
Buses – The bus network starts right outside, offering easy trips to Shoreditch, Oxford Street, and beyond.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

Very spacious and clean. The kitchen was particularly well appointed. And the location was amazing, steps from a pub, Tesco, Hackney Central stations, and the pedestrian lane on Mare Street.
