All the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful.
The hotel is beautifully decorated , the bedrooms are a little bijou, a few more amenities in the room are necessary, a place to sit and style your hair, the hairdryer supplied has just enough lead to see in the full length mirror, or you have to stamd outside of the bathroom. A box of tissues is needed, and a fridge with complimentary water.
All throughout the hotel was very clean, but unfortunately there is a problem with drainage, when you first enter your bedroom, you can smell the drains, , friends of ours had to move rooms because it was very strong in theirs.
The breakfast room was very pleasant, pleanty of choice for bread and pastries, the cooked selection was ok, but the fried eggs were always over cooked and looked likee they had been there a long time, food just about warm. The cold meats were not good quality either, packet ham, same as the cheese. The cereals were very awkward to get to, as there were jars of seeds in front of them, coffee machine on side and the tinned fruit selection to tje other, this area definitely needed some extra space.
You are a short walk to the circle line, and around a 10-15 minute walk to.Picadilly line.
