DO NOT STAY HERE. Overpriced, dirty, broken and situated directly above a night club. I was on the third floor and my husband could still hear over our call just how loud the music was. Crockery was dirty, fan broken, heating broken and not fixed (just added a small replacement radiator) TV and internet with hardly any signal and intermittent. Stinks of drains. Needs a paint and definitely not luxury and not like the pictures. I travel in London every week and this one stood out for being truly shocking. Overpriced and really not worth it at all. AVOID !!!

NOT a luxury apartment! The listing is extremely misleading and the apartment does not look like these photos - we were unable to stay and are struggling to get our money back. The main room had a strong toilet smell as there is no ventilation, no working wifi, huge dirty stains on the couch, cheap furniture different than the photos. To get into the apartment we had to wait in the wet cold outside for 20 minutes. The indoor stairs were slick with water because the roof has been leaking for weeks and no one will fix it. A dirty and old apartment that is not at all what this listing reflects. This is a scam. Beware.

Room was nice and clean. It takes a hike to get to the room. (Need to take 2 elevators and some stairs) if you have lots of luggage, it’s not easy. Across the street from natural history museum and lots of dining option

Das Zimmer ha ne top lage aber es war schade das es nur Dachfenster hat, mann konnte nur schwer lüften…..aber ch würde es jederzeit wieder mieten!

Family vacation

I stayed here for three nights. It was a perfect location, right in front of several museums. One can cook some food at the residence, and it is good for the people who are not seeking full hotel services such as a gym and breakfast restaurant, but for self-cooking lovers. The facility was clean, and the staff helped for the check-in

We waited nearly an hour for someone off property to meet us. No Lobby, so we stood in dim hallway to meet for near a hour. That evening, we realized the permanent ac unit wasn’t working. There was another Portable unit sitting in the corner, unhooked without vent hose or proper plugin! We used our own Euro conversion plug. It sent as much hot air from motor back into the room! It wasn’t vented through window had no vent hose. We made 5 different calls and NO Maintenance ever showed up as we were advised they would! After sleeping in 90 degrees we all got sick! Stairwells are so narrow, dark, and steep. We had to haul our own luggage up the stairs to 2 separate elevators and uneven stairs to 5th floor: I can’t imagine an elderly person being able to do this. This property was updated nicely, but then they stopped at service and maintenance. Also the double sofa pullout did NOT pull out into a bed much less a double. Only pull out was for storage underneath! Extremely poor advertising, poor communication, and service in addition to the poor ac conditions! This property is advertised with “air conditioning and double pull out sofa”… we are awaiting refund through Expedia!

5 nuits en famille top pour decouvrir Londres !

Appartelent tres bien situé, proche metro et nombreux restos et commerces variés et très sympa, juste en face du musée d'histoire naturelle (gratuit d'ailleur). Par contre nous sommes restés 1 heure sur le trottoir et avons du appeler au moins une dizaine de fois la société qui gère les appartements pour avoir les consignes pour rejoindre l'appartement : en fait il nous fallait juste le numero de l'appart qui etait ouvert avec les clés sur la table... L'appartement etait propre et plutot spacieux, la litterie correcte. Par contre le double vitrage est limite et en mauvais état (nous avons du caler la fenêtre pour qu'ellle reste fermée). On entend un petit peu le bar en dessous surtout le week end mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé car ça reste très raisonnable niveau bruit et horaires (5eme etage donc assez loin quand meme) Acces compliqué avec valises car 2 ascenseurs différents et quelques marches avant et entre chaque. Mais l'emplacement est vraiment vraiment top !!!

We booked the place for a week, but had to leave after just three nights, because there is a lounge downstairs and it holds parties till 1 am every night. It was extremely loud and we could not sleep. The rate is non-refundable, so we just lost our money. The towels were yellow and sticky. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off and there was dust everywhere. The check in is at 3 pm, but the host let us in after 3:30 pm. We sent an email a couple of weeks in advance if there was a space to store our luggage until check in, and we were told that we can drop our bags at 12 pm. So we planned our day accordingly, but had to wait for more than 3 hours in the stairway.

The location is great, tube station within mins walk, lots of cafes & restaurants in close proximity. Few things like to point out are: could do a few hooks behind the bathroom door, the staircase are dim, stairs to the lift on 2nd floor appear steep & the step before getting in & out of lift is dangerous. The apartment is very clean, has the essentials needed for the short stay.

Hoax!

What a dump! Looks nice and decent from the outside... Our flat was very noisy, the worst thing was a kind of a middle eastern night club/-lounge downstairs. So we were like in a bazaar in Istanbul, bellydancers and everything, in the late at night. That is not mentioned in the apartments description!! Also the flat was dirty and shabby. Only good thing was the location, points to that.

It was all perfect, just a few comments that can be better is the distribution of the room, like taking out the yellow couch, cause it takes a lot of space, and also the accessibility to the apartment with luggage it's quite difficult because despite the 2 elevators, there is a lot of stairs.

Very not luxury flat

This flat is not luxury. Too many problems. We are at the 5th floor, but in the ground there is a night club. You listen the music very late. The flat was not clean when we came. We had to clean the flat. For this price it s not normal. The flat is not secure. There is no safe, and the door is very simple to open.

Fint och trevligt hotell

Hotellet har väldigt bra läge nära tunnelbanestation/busshållplats och restauranger. Det var väldigt fint dock lite litet då vi var fyra personer i samma rum. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som man tyvärr behövde ringa till då det inte finns en reception så det gäller att man har en mobil med bra täckning som fungerar utomlands. Över lag ett väldigt fint och trevligt hotell

Great accommodation

We travelled as a family of four to London for Easter weekend. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Someone met us promptly as arranged and showed us to the accommodation. The room is basic as in bed and sofa bed but clean and had everything we needed. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but had everything we needed.

While not luxury in any sense of the word, this basic budget apartment has pluses and minuses. While I loved the neighborhood, I'm not sure I would recommend or stay at this apartment again. Pros: Definitely the location, steps to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and V&A Museum, as well as many shops, restaurants, and excellent transportation. The stove, oven, refrigerator, and shower worked well (although there was no bath mat, and the shower door was half missing). Cons: Steep sets of stairs to access the flat (two small elevators are oddly positioned to not actually help all that much. The front door is also left open day long because of the restaurant on the first floor. But it makes it feel slightly insecure, as there was only one functional lock on the flat's door. The apartment was also very loud at night from the traffic on Cromwell Road, and the bedroom window not being able to fully close. I also would have appreciated a colander, higher quality sharp knives, a lid on the rubbish bin, and cups in better condition.
