Quiet neighbourhood with great local amenities.

Newly refurbished and fully equipped with all essentials.

Open plan Kitchen & Living Room, Bedroom and En-suite bathroom.

1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. Clean linen and towels provided

Dedicated kitchen facilities, including fridge/freezer, oven/hob and all necessary utensils.

En-Suite bathroom with enclosed shower (rain shower and handheld shower)

Free, fast Internet/WIFI (BT Infinity)

Quiet area with great local amenities, including shopping centres and restaurants.

Grocery stores and amenities are all close by. 3 large supermarkets 5-10 minutes walk and grocery stores, restaurants and amenities less than 5 mins walk.

Colindale is in North West London and is local to many popular points of interest, including, Wembley Stadium & Arena, Camden Town, Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill and Hyde Park

There are many parks in the area, each with large green space and a dedicated play area for children.

The area is safe and the neighbours are very friendly.

Colindale station offers quick access to Central London (25 mins) and other popular destinations such as Camden Town (15 mins) and Hampstead (10 mins). Trains are very frequent (every 3 mins).

Many buses operate in the area. Popular destinations include Wembley (83 bus), Brent Cross Shopping Centre (142), Watford (142) and Kilburn (32).

For taxi’s, Uber operate in the area. They are cheap and usually available within minutes.

There is good access to London Airports. The apartment is very close to Heathrow and Luton by Taxi. There is a direct overground train available from Gatwick to Hendon Station (60 mins).

Pets are welcome as long as they are clean. Please agree with me in advance.

Long and short-term guests are both welcome.

Simon was extremely responsive and helpful. However, the location was not convenient as it was a 20 minute walk to the tube station and then another 35-40 minutes to get to the major landmarks. The apartment was advertised as luxurious but unfortunately it was not. It was not very clean when we arrived and the toilet was dirty which Simon addressed right away. Also bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable. Overall, the stay and location were disappointing unfortunately.

Perfekte Wohnung

Die Wohnung war wirklich rundum super. Sehr sauber, stylisch und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war extrem einfach und unkompliziert. Kann man alles genau so empfehlen. Danke für tolle Tage in London.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sowohl in der Ferienwohnung als auch in der Wohngegend. Fußweg teilweise durch einen Park zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station möglich (12 bis 15 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine Restaurants in der nahe gelegenen Hauptstraße vorhanden.

Excellent apartment

We were really pleased with the apartment, it made our visit to London very enjoyable. Everything was very clean and tastefully and simply decorated . It was a very quiet neighbourhood and convenient for our needs.

We loved this cozy ,well kept ,English flat. The Colindal tube station was a 15min walk from apartment. It is uphill on the way from the tube to the flat, but it's a quite ,safe walk. We never felt uneasy even at 11pm. Many little grocery store right at the corner. A huge grocery store within 10 min, with a Starbucks. A grocery store right off the tube, which was great after a long day in the city if you want to grab a snack. The tube is a Northern Line train into the city, which took about 25 to 30 min. This apartment fit our all our needs.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet, jedoch gab es sehr wenige Küchenutensilien weswegen wir auswärts gegessen haben.

Apartamento recomendable.

El apartamento esta muy bien distribuido, es práctico y limpio. La boca de metro más cercana esta a 12 minutos andando. Pero con el metro llegas enseguida al centro de Londres. Perfecto para 4 personas. Aunque no vimos Simón, tuvimos un problema que lo resolvió enseguida.

The apartment was comfortable and met our requirements

The apartment is outside of London but easily accessible by tube. We used Uber to get to and from the station. The Apartment was clean and the kitchen was great. The neighborhood provides all you need in the way of groceries and restaurants. We were gone every day all day so the apartment provided privacy and was nice to come home to. Simon was responsive and a good host. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Cozy Stay!

I have to say that for my first time in London, I am so glad that I chose this place. It was cozy, had updated fixtures, was near public transport, easily accessible to Uber, and reminded me a lot of home. Simon, our host, was very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of! This spot will definitely be my go to place for my future visits to London!

Clean, comfortable Accommodation

This accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. It is about a 20 minute walk to Colindale Tube Station so easy access to central London. The place is very close to shops, restaurants, etc. It is only 1 block from main road and yet very quiet at night. The neighbors next door are friendly people. I would recommend this as a good option at a very reasonable price for London.

Sehr ansprechende Wohnung in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Möglichkeit, sich auch in den Garten zu setzen. Küchenutensilien dürften etwas mehr sein. Ansonsten alles top eingerichtet. Ruhige Nachbarschaft mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. U-Bahn ist auch gut erreichbar. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

App. Is groot genoeg voor 4 personen.alle gemakken voorzien.enigste minpunten zijn: servies kan uitgebreider mn weinig glazen en kopjes. De luxeflex liet veel licht door in de nacht omdat er ook een lantaarnpaal voor het huis staat. Een verduisteringsgordijn is aan te bevelen.

Great space for our family

This apartment worked out very well for our family of four as a sleeping spot between full days of sightseeing. It is about a 20 minute walk from the tube station which provides excellent access to all things London. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The accommodations were equipped with what we needed. We had a snafu upon check in, but Simon arrived within 10 minutes and sorted things out for us.
