J-Theodore | Spacious 2BR, 2 Baths & Sofa Bed

Meet Theodore, a bright two-bedroom London home with room for everyone to settle in. Start slow with a Nespresso, gather around the dining table, then head out for Hyde Park, Paddington and the city beyond. Back home, there’s a king bedroom with en suite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for up to six guests. Theodore is on the second floor, reached by stairs…. The little hike is worth it:)

The space

Theodore is made for London days that start with coffee and end with everyone swapping stories around the table. Light pours through the lovely arched living-room window, while the calm bedrooms give you space to properly switch off after a day out.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a second bathroom makes sharing the flat easy. The living-room sofa bed brings the sleeping capacity to six. There’s a kitchen for meals at home, a dining table to gather around, and a Nespresso machine for mornings when getting dressed can wait. You’ll also find Wi-Fi, a TV, books and a washing machine.

Travelling with little ones? A high chair is available on request, and a travel cot can be arranged on request for an additional charge. Housekeeping is available at extra cost too.

Guest access

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy, with no shared spaces inside. One of our team will meet you in person, help with luggage and show you around so you can settle in straight away. The building entrance and staircase are shared with other residents. Theodore is on the second floor, accessed by stairs, and there is no lift.

Theodore puts Hyde Park and Paddington within easy reach. Paddington Station is a convenient starting point for the Elizabeth line, Underground, National Rail and Heathrow Express, whether you’re arriving from the airport or setting off across London. Notting Hill, Marble Arch, Oxford Street and the West End are easy to explore from here too.

A local tip: pick up a coffee and take the long way through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. It’s a good way to start the day, especially if you leave yourself enough time to get pleasantly distracted. For cafés, restaurants and everyday essentials closer to home, wander through Paddington and Connaught Village.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Complimentary early arrival from 2:00 pm may be possible, but we can only confirm it the day before, depending on availability.

Check-in after 10:00 pm must be arranged in advance and carries a £50 fee for the team member attending in person. You can pay in cash or through Airbnb.

Only registered guests are permitted in the apartment. No parties, events or smoking, please, and kindly respect the neighbours and quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
