After 3 nights stay, I decided to extend my stay in the the small studio for two more nights. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience on the first evening that led me to leave the place altogether --- A BROWN MOUSE zipped back and forth from under the sink to under the bed multiple times, which was quite alarming.
Concerned, I contacted management for assistance. While they offered another rooms (adjacent to the small studio, sharing a wall with the kitchen, and one above), I was hesitant to stay in the same building given the circumstances. Ultimately, I chose to leave that very night for an alternative accommodations across town. When I left, there was a couple on the ground floor with two huge dogs and a party outside the place (from the hostel next door, loud people drinking). While I'm not sure if this was connected to the mouse incident, it added to the overall unsettling atmosphere.
I am quite disappointed with management's decision not to offer a partial refund, especially considering the circumstances. It felt like they would rather fight the issue than acknowledge my concern, which is surprising for a business that values customer experience.
Although I initially liked the studio, this experience has made it difficult for me to wholeheartedly recommend FiveM Notting Hill. I hope they take such matters more seriously in the future.
