Things to Note:

Best suited for 2 adults and one child under the age of 13 or 1 adult with two children under the age of 18. Please note the queen bed does not split.

The sofa can be made up for a third guest or a blow up mattress can be provided.

Laundry is a washer/dryer combo machine

Check in 3:30pm - 5pm. Checkout by 10am.
Where possible the onsite team tries to accommodate check-ins on arrival, however, without booking the previous night, we cannot guarantee an early check-in. For late arrivals please plan to book our recommended driver who will give you access to the property, however a greeting may not be possible with late arrivals.

No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, neighboring residents in the building have been feeding birds, which has unfortunately resulted in occasional mess on the Shelley patio. At times, this may make the space less enjoyable or temporarily unusable. We are actively working to resolve the situation, but please be aware that use of the patio will be at your discretion during your stay.
