I was very happy with the overall experience. I’m glad I was in the room I was in as it was in the quiet part of the building. It was a great price and very conveniently located to the station.

Exactly what we expected for the price. We had an en-suite which was clean enough. Bedding was also clean. Really good location for the tube and pubs etc

Abercorn House is a very basic hotel with shared toilets and bathrooms which was a shock to me. However the staff are very pleasant and the cleanness was excellent. The location is great for the underground station. The hotel was cheap compared to others but you get what you paid for. I would use this hotel again

OK as a bed for the night, but very no frills

Stayed overnight and certainly only qualified for two stars - comfortable enough, clean sheets and helpful staff. Beds on wheels without headboards moved around the room as you got in them, shower head very crusted with limescale, thin door to the room let lots of noise through.

After reading some reviews I was so anxious about staying here. For the one night it was perfect. It was clean. Check in was easy although not by the friendliest of people. It was a bit noisy with people coming in and out but I felt safe.

Property was clean and in a good location however it did not have the parking availability we were lead to believe. We found it very noisy with guest slamming doors a and making a fuss all night, the rooms are very small and the bedding while clean was very ordinary.

Very close to the Apollo

Easy and fast check in - show id, sign paper, given key. Very basic, but if all you want is a roof over your head and bed for the night then this will do. A very short walk to the apollo, its just the other side of the tube station, loads of chain pub and restaurants to get food in the area. My only gripe is the mattress on the bed we were in (207) sunk in the middle, could do with replacing. I would definitely use again.

This was my first experience with a hostel. It was a clean and seemingly well kept property. I felt safe in the neighborhood and in my room. The biggest drawback was one of four roommates was inconsiderate of the others in the room turning on the light and leaving it on as she ran in and out of the room.

Staff weren't friendly at all. Toilets were only clean few few hours in the morning before they were all dirty again and no regular cleaning happened. The rooms are very small and the whole layout of the place is cold and ugly.

Adequate, but uncomfortable

It was passable, the room had a bed and an en suite bathroom, but otherwise was very bare and basic. A fridge was provided and some crockery, but no kettle or tea and coffee. The bed was uncomfortable and only two pillows for the both of us were provided. Service at the front desk was terse. In all it served its purpose as a place to sleep but it's not somewhere I would choose to stay again given the choice.

The property is terrible, not safe, people doing drugs outside, small shared rooms that were to hot and smelled bad, very unclean. Didn’t stay as they refused to provide and upgrade (with me paying the difference), also refused the refund. Don’t recommend, stay away!
