INTERIOR DESCRIPTION The main access to the villa is via a few steps leading to the large covered terrace that offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Tavolara . This comfortable terrace allows guests to dine outdoors while enjoying a panoramic view. The private covered parking can accommodate up to two cars. The interiors, furnished with wooden furniture and exposed beam ceilings, provide a cozy sense of comfort and warmth. Laura's Terrace is laid out on one level and includes two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds, along with a new bathroom with shower. The living room also features a single sofa bed, perfect for an additional guest. The sea view veranda provides access to the living room equipped with a TV corner with a sofa, and a kitchen area with a stove, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils. Ideal for families, with safe and quiet spaces for children to play.
