"The property was as described. Clean, kitchen well stocked. Amenities were great. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants but was not scenic. We were there for a multi day event so we spent minimal time at the house. It was perfect for our needs and the host was responded quickly to the few minor problems we encountered."

"We really enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with the views in the surrounding area. There were several amazing hikes nearby without even having to go into Capitol Reef. The house had all of the basics and was a comfy place to stay."

"Property appears isolated, but is just edge of town. View of river and mountains from windows. Binoculars were provided. We were there to hike in Capital Reef which was about 20 minutes away. "

"Cabin worked out perfectly for a short anniversary get away."

"The A-frame was cute and cozy. It was a bit windy so we didn't get to use the outdoor fire pit. The showers and bathrooms were beautiful and clean and only a short walk from the cabins. Town and restaurants not far at all and we explored Capitol Reef easily from there. WE LOVED IT !"

"Excellent house. Brand new. Lots of parking available if you have a trailer. Only complaint is the TV is quite high. Would recommend lowering and adding a sound bar. Would definitely return. "

"Great host and property. The house is perfect for a couple and has everything you would need. After 2 weeks on the road this was the first stay that exceeded expectations! We loved it!"

"This is my third time staying with at this vacation home. I luv the location. It is a very well thought out house. The morning deck has a view of the bluff and the afternoon deck is Boulder Mtn. A lot of personal touches. They thought of everything. Coffee, cool drinks. There kitchen has all things one needs to cook with. I’m very envious of it. a must stay at!"

"Semi-secluded. Quiet. Amazing views. Plenty of room. Things I did not like was the dirt road through a glampground and a steep dirt hill to get to the driveway. Yards were ugly and unkept. Those were my only two dislikes. Overall the property was great for our needs."

"Lovely home close to Capitol Reef. Unique features include a pickleball and basketball court on the property while overlooking beautiful farmland. Vert clean home with very comfortable beds! Excellent communication with the property manager."
