" I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, and the ambiance of the hotel and room was truly 5-star quality. However, I did have one notable issue: the in-room refrigerator. While it's great to have the convenience of a fridge, it was pre-stocked with items for purchase, which meant we couldn't store any outside food or drinks. "The staff was lovely..Haley was super friendly. We were able to get early check in and our room was upgraded from 2 double beds to 2 queens beds which was awesome..thank you. I loved that they already had pumpkin decorations out. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were 10/10 top tier.
