"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"Property has lots of character and charm. We enjoyed the infinity pool, kayaking, crabbing from the dock and daily walks. The property is in a fairly remote location but we found that to be a plus. It was a great place to decompress and enjoy nature. The property owner was very responsive at booking and check-in. The only downsides to the property for us were that you had to walk through one bedroom to get the other bedroom and the WIFI was slow. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This home sits right on the water! It is beautiful! We watched ships roll by, ducks bobbing on the water, and flocks of geese flying and landing on the water. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often.
