Front desk was nice but not helpful and a bit rude to another person looking for guidance on an event at THEIR facility. Pool is small and a little cold. Hot tub was nice. "The room was not ready even at 3 and when I walked in was gross front desk said gove it 30 min and still wasn't ready. Just gave them the key card and left will not come again"
