"We had a wonderful experience. Emma was quick to respond, greeted us and made sure we have everything we needed. We had a very peaceful stay with our dogs. We had everything in the very spacious and clean cabin, located in the quiet and private place, incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. "Room was nice and clean. Shower hot water supply was not that great. Heat pump on 30 didnt heat the unit sufficiently. No extra heaters in the rooms so we bought our own to heat the our bedroom. Outdoor pool wasn't very warm. Private spa was only just warm considering we ran only hot water to fill tub. Tub was grubby, could feel the uncleanliness on the sides. Good location, nice staff, nice facilities, just a couple of things let it down a bit."

However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks"

"Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast...
