"We are a group of artists painting together in the Adirondacks for a week. It was the perfect size and price for us. The front porch was fantastic with its swing and lots of seating, up on a hill set back from the lake with a large house between the two. "This cottage made for a fun and easy family get-away recently. It's conveniently located - close to shops, restaurants, movie theater, and the public beach in Old Forge, as well as hiking trails within walking distance or a short drive. Also very close to McCauley Mountain for skiing and mountain biking. The cottage was super clean from top to bottom. Check-in/out was easy and the owners were easy to contact if/when needed."
