"We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! "The cabin was clean and perfect for our family for the size of 7 we still had plenty of room. Nice and quiet location with a back yard view. You can also fish in the back from your porch but the only thing is at night is do not open the back patio door or mesquitos will get inside. "

"Wonderful little place! The entire family was impressed and they live in county. The saltwater pool was fantastic and right next to the cabins. The big plus....its gated!! Pro tip though bring your camping chairs, or cushions for the chairs. "

"Loved everything Ellen was very accommodating ,pleasant and polite As well as professional The furnishings were very up scale and same style as my home One suggestion The tv should be more accessible so it does not block AC when pulled out from the wall I’m not being critical because I love this place. "Great spot! My wife and I had a great weekend on Clearlake and this home was a perfect base. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, and the deck had a gorgeous view of the lake. Communication was great, just an fyi that if you book through Expedia, the message from host will only come through Vrbo. I was able to reach out no problem and the host was very prompt and communicative. We’ll be back."
