"This was a well-laid out condo for the 4 of us who stayed on this visit, The view of Donner Lake with surrounding snow-capped mountains from the Living room is quite picturesque. Instructions from the owner were easy to follow. Centrally located with easy access to Truckee, Squaw and Royal Gorge. "We enjoyed our time in the area and having this place to stay every night after our activities was wonderful. Glad I drove my truck with 4WD as the snow on the steep driveway wouldn’t have been manageable otherwise. The area is stunning and we enjoyed our visit very much."

"The property has stunning views, comfortable furnishings and everything needed for a relaxing stay. We stayed between seasons so we couldn’t take advantage of the many recreational advantages but the stay was comforting and gorgeous. The host, Karen went way beyond what was necessary to make sure our stay was everything we wished for. Appreciated her so much. Our only cautions are lots of steep stairs and firm beds (ok for us but some might not like.) We hope to return some day. "

There was access to the river behind the house but not really a place to layout, I am also not sure if it was part of someone's property. "This is such a beautiful cabin. 5 adults and 1 kiddo were in our group and we had plenty of space, never feeling overcrowded. Location is perfect, right off of 80 and a 3 minute walk right to the entrance of West End Beach. Can't wait to go back this summer. "

"Overall the rental met all the needs for our trip. It was a cozy house in a great location with great view of donner lake. Love the balcony. However the upstairs loft was not as clean as wanted. The bed upstairs was stained with pet markings and smelled a little musky. But other than that, the rental met our needs. Another issue we did face was the parking. Initially the instructions for parking was not clear and we had to call vacasa to verify where to park. It was completely different from the...

"We rented the property for a 4 night stay and it was everything we wanted it to be. It kept all the adults and the kids entertained with its amenities. There was enough space for everyone. The views were the best! Would definitely book again in the future. "
