The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small terrace.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
