"Wonderful, cozy cottage facing sunrise on the water. We had very efficient communication with the property manager for any details. Dog friendly, designated parking, great full kitchen and room for at least 3 adults. I would definitely recommend this location, we will be back!"

"We loved every minute of our stay at Sterling Bay House! The house is a well appointed fulfilling all our needs! We were nine adults and five kids. There were fun things for the kids to do. The kids (and adults) loved the pool, we enjoyed being on the dock and fishing, enjoyed all the games for the outside, enjoyed the kayaks. We had iguana visits and key deer! We would definitely stay there again! "

"My sister and I came to the Keys to celebrate our birthdays. We traveled around the area snorkeling sightseeing or going to beach in the mornings and then spent evenings having a few drinks while sitting under the Tikki bar watching the boats and manatees cruise the canal. Twin Dolphins is a beautiful cottage in a nice location. "

"We loved our time on the sailboat this April! The boat was a great fit for us, and our daughter loved sleeping in a sailboat. The kayaks there allowed us to paddle and explore othr nearby canals. Abundunt fish were neat to see and catch from the boat and shore. The bathroom with shower was vital for cleaning up after swimming, and we used the adjacent large table and seating area on-shore as well. "Thank you for a wonderful stay Glen and Hope! We loved the location it was convenient to travel to the Key West, yet far enough from the noise and party. Summerland Key itself is gorgeous! Few great spots for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Also every place around had fresh seafood and live music in the evening. Pool on the property was very clean and heated, which I loved since we got a few cooler days.Overall wonderful atmosphere. If we will be back to Key West next year, we will be back to stay...

"We loved this little house in Venture Out Resort. It was well stocked and had everything we needed except coffee, salt and pepper. The store on property was convenient. We used the bicycles to explore the property and ride to the pool. The location was convenient to Key West and Bahia Honda State Park. We would definitely stay again. "
