You will love spending time at this lovely home located on Little Torch Key, with Sunrise view, large property with boat basin for easy access to the Gulf or Atlantic. Located on Pine Channel, this home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with an open living area and kitchen. It has a large porch overlooking the water to enjoy your morning coffee, or an afternoon read. Located at mile marker 28, just a short ride to Key West (about 30-34 min) or to Marathon about 20 minutes.

This property is fantastic and we highly recommend. Whether bringing your own boat, or renting one from next door from Dawn at Lower Keys Boat Rental - this is the perfect place to stay if you are planning to spend time on the water. There are pros and cons with every rental, so I have listed ours below:PROS:- Great location! You can find groceries and great food options very easily. This is a great spot to be secluded yet not too far off the beaten path. - Basin for Boating! The basin is wide enough and deep enough dock your boat regardless of winds or waters. - Easy Load-in to House! The house has a beautiful porch and just a few stairs to load your belongings into the house without having to lug them up a full story flight of stairs. - Pet Friendly! Our little guys loved staying at this property and it had plenty of yard for them to play and poop in. - Kitchen utensils are plentiful! Whether you are frying, boiling or steaming - you will have what you need here.CONS:- Lack of cleaning supplies and necessities: Be prepared to provide your own spray cleaning supplies as well as extra TP and papertowels. The provided cleaning supplies are lacking. - Boating to the Gulf: Unless you know the waters very well, getting to the Gulf from this location requires you to go out and around to one of the deeper channels to reach the Gulf. It is possible to get there from this location but unless you are confident in your path and the tides are right - don't chance it.

Fantastic location with a great view. House was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. I didn't bring a boat down, but this would be ideal for someone with a small boat.

Prime location on water right down the street from Kiki’s restaurant. Close proximity to grocery and other shopping. Negative about property was that you couldn’t turn the air down past 75 degrees and didn’t disclose this information until a few days before check-in. Property had nice big bathrooms and was dog friendly which was great. Would stay again in cooler months.

There is mold in the house I understand it is an older house but my wife gets very sick when she smells mold there was a dead cockroach in both bathrooms sink holes that were not marked by the sea wall I figured there would of been a hose outside to rinse my boat and trailer off there was not besides that it was decent I really enjoyed our time there I’m not saying that stuff to be a pain in the butt was just a couple things I noticed to possibly prevent a future problem

We really enjoyed our stay. We took our 23 ft boat and a jetski and there was plenty of room on dock and in the driveway with trailers. My 2 dogs really enjoyed swimming in the canal. My only concern was the big hole in the yard near the retaining wall that someone could fall into and get hurt. Also, the LVP flooring in the house really needs replaced as it is a tripping hazard. One recommendation would be to have a vaccum guest could use. I have long haired dogs that love swimming which means they were shedding like crazy. Overall, I would definitely book this place again!

House needs maintenance. It was ready when we arrived, cleaned, great location, lots of restaurants, everything worked, we had our boat, dock was good but again needed some love. Outdoor furniture needs an upgrade. All together we were happy with our stay.

Great stay, plus!!!

Beautiful place, thank you for everything. The six of us fit comfortably in this Florida Keys getaway with the best sunrises around. *note* As we were driving out of the keys there was a major fire along the only highway out, Highway 1. The fire consumed over 26,000 acres of land and closed the highway down. The owner of this property not only told us that we could return for the night but she waved the fee. What an astounding gesture,! This is exactly the kind of business owner I would always want to support. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our short stay in your cute cottage style home. Great views of the water and comfortable, pretty decor. What a nice surprise Kiki Sand Bar restaurant was! Overall very nice, relaxing couple of days.

Loved the location!

The house is portrayed accurately in the listing. We loved the location (close enough to restaurants and Key West and Bahia Honda, but away from the crowds)The private cove/boat docking area was great. The family fished very successfully from the sea wall and from inside the cove. We rented a kayak and launched easily from the yard. We chartered a boat and the captain picked us up in the cove - so convenient. We enjoyed sunrise and coffee on the porch every morning.

The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. The house has some quirks that need attention (lights not working, uneven floors, broken plumbing fixtures, junk outside, etc.), but we spent most of our time outside anyway.

Great Spot!

Great location for just about everything in the Keys! Overall awe had a great stay. Good recommendations on local spots to check out and restaurants. We were a bit concerned with the info we received indicating one roll of toilet paper and no dish or laundry soap, but we found the unit well stocked with everything we needed. Would return for sure!
