Everyone in the community was friendly and we had a wonderful experience with Kimberly, the property manager. She was very accessible and answered all of our questions along the way. We love staying at Venture Out...so convenient to have our boat right there...they have alot of rules but that's what makes it stay nice and calm for us older folks.
