"Why is the rating so low?
Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area. In our messages, we were informed at the last moment that there was no BBQ at all. The host even suggested that we could bring our own barbecue, which clearly shows that the listing was misleading. "The road outside is a little noisy but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Kitchen facilities are excellent and room has WiFi and Sky TV (although the TV can't be easily seen from the bed). Shower was good - certainly hot enough, and toiletries provided were a nice touch. "

"The kitchen had a cigarette smell; perhaps the curtains had not been cleaned or changed. Sheets were clean, but the dishes and general cleanliness were not good. Location was okay. "
