"Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others!"

"Lovely, cozy cottage experience on the water! Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets on balcony. Quiet residential area with proximity to Urbanna and Saluda. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and privacy. Shhh! Don’t tell anyone! It’s that good. "

"This house was perfect for our family reunion. We had ages ranging from older adults to six years old and everyone commented about how they loved this house. The owners are very communicative and set up the sleeping arrangements perfectly. It’s ideally situated to do all the fun things around and we would definitely stay here again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! The loft apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The apartment was more spacious than I expected. Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. Kristine and Scott were very friendly, helpful and great to get to know a little. We will definitely be looking to visit and stay there again "

"We had a short weekend stay for a baseball tournament and this lovely house did not disappoint. Walked in to chocolates, snacks, and more! Secluded and quiet. Big yard for our pup to enjoy. Games for family downtime. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again!"

"We had a great stay at Edgewater Retreat. Our family of 5 (adults) were in the area for a wedding. The house was just 10 minutes away, which made it so convenient for the festivities. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only issue was the coffee maker didn’t work, which I think was damaged due to recent storms (we let Chris know and he was going to replace it).
