"Very nice and relaxing cabin! It is 20 min from the town and not much nearby so it’s very quiet. Everything was kept very clean. My son liked having his own room (although he complained the mattress wasn’t comfy he fell asleep fast). The hot tub was easy to use and clean. The only confusing part was Orbitz said check out was noon but the email from the owner said 11 the morning of so we had to rush out. I would definitely recommend this property though."

"We had a terrific time! We enjoyed everything from the trails, pigs, and chickens to the breakfast jam, eggs, and sausage. Check-in was effortless, as was communication with the owners. Two thumbs up in all respects!"

"The cabin was just as advertised. It was a quiet location, in a wooded atmosphere. We spotted deer and squirrels passing through the yard daily. The internet worked flawlessly. "

"If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful cabin to just go get lost in the world of your significant other, this is the place to go! They’re far enough from the everyday life but still close enough to enjoy all the beauty of their charming city!! The food is to die for and definitely a reason for us to return!! Nothing bad to say at all except they need larger hot water tanks bc when I’m enjoying my wife that includes sharing a shower that we would have preferred not to be rushed out of!! Otherwise...

"This trip was a surprise 40th birthday trip for my fiance. The house is absolutely beautiful! The wood stove inside is super cozy, the hammock swings outside are an amazing place to relax and read. If you want to unplug from the world and relax and recharge, the lazy bear is the place to go. The host was amazing at answering all our questions. We can't wait to come back. "

"As someone with back issues the hot tub was amazing! It was to temp and ready when we checked in. The property was very clean and super cozy. Perfect for just the two of us and i could see us bringing the kids next time and having enough room for all of us. The grill was clean and ready to go for our steaks. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook all weekend. We wanted for nothing. The guest book was a nice touch. "

"Cabin was very clean and offered many sleeping areas. It was pet friendly although a fenced backyard would be nice. The flashlight located in the hallway was most helpful when letting them out at night. I would place a sign in the shower about pulling the ring down to get the water to come out through the shower. The window unit air conditioners were adequate for a June visit but probably not July or August. I was never able to receive the manual in my email. The key boxes should have the same...

"Based on a few other reviews, of it being 'rundown', yes - you can tell its aging, but it was a beautiful cabin, very private and quiet. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The bedroom and bathroom in the bottom floor was very nice and can tell everything was newer. Overall a geat little getaway and would definitely go back if we had the opportunity. "

"This cabin is 100% just as the other reviews said!! So clean, so well stocked, the dog run was better than expected. Even the pots and pans were luxurious!! "Secluded with a lot of trees around the house. Screened porch, outside areas, living areas, and kitchen are very nice, ENtire house and areas were clean. Tony was always very quick to respond to text inquiries. Excellent WIFI, online house manual with videos on how to use the hot tub was helpful.Near Berkley Springs. The master bedroom is large, updated and clean. The second bedroom is small and a little dated."
