"Die Buchung dieses Hotels war leider eine Fehlentscheidung. Wir kamen gegen 18:30 Uhr an. Noch an der Haustür kam eine junge Mitarbeiterin und brachte uns sofort zum Zimmer. Sie ging mit hinein, kam sofort zum Thema und wollte wissen wann wir zum Abendessen gehen und welches Menu wir haben möchten. Wir waren völlig überrumpelt. "We didn’t have hot water for the whole of our stay. We were told it would come back on after the first day and it did not. The next time they said it we wanted to shower we had to do it in another room, however they asked us to share this room key with other people which wasn’t what we thought when booking. "The property has an imposing stance and even before entering, suggests a degree of elegance and style. The start was not good, however, as upon entering the room, I found that it had not been serviced. I cannot remember if I received an apology - suggesting that maybe I didn't - but the hotel deducted the price of two bottles of wine from a dinner for 8 as a paliative.
