"Clean, odor-free. Comfortable, firm bed. Very little traffic noise. Room was small but adequate. Good value. Friendly reception. There are two diners in Richfield Springs, about 8 miles east; a surfeit restaurants in Cooperstown."

"was wonderful. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-stocked with everything we could need, and in a beautiful area. We love the quiet, the comfort, and the very responsive owner. Already thinking about visiting again soon. Highly recommended!"

"The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...

"The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!"

"Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. "

"We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch."

"This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. "

"Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...

"Overall, this was a great accommodation. The back porch and view were spectacular. The outdoor was well stocked with kayaks, paddles, life jackets, etc. The upstairs rooms with window AC units were comfortable. The downstairs did get warm. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. "

"Great loft and location. Parking is well lit and a half block away. Good food within walking distance: Nina’s Pizza, Utica Coffee and Taylor and Cook. "

"It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again."

"Very charming guest suit. The set up is perfect and the ambiance is fantastic. Dianne goes the goes the extra mile to make sure you don’t have to ask or need anything extra. Had a great stay, highly recommend! "

"This property was perfect for our family of 6 coming in town to visit family for the 4th of July. Just a few minutes from the grocery story and nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was a great bonus and well maintained. Definitely recommend! Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with!"

"This is a private spot, and it was comfortable inside & out. Air conditioning made the hottest hours quite pleasant, but I had the windows open most of the time for the cool late July breeze. I would highly recommend this property."

"This vacation home is exactly as described. The location on the lake is phenomenal and offered a serene environment for our family. I looked forward to my cup of coffee on the outdoor patio every morning. Rodney (the host) was excellent to work with - extremely responsive!"
