"We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse Lane! The property was perfect with every detail thought out for guests! The views were spectacular and even better than what the listing photos show. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for being amazing hosts!"

"Had a fantastic stay at the pondside cabin. Quiet, peaceful, and serene. Cabin was lovely, clean and full of thoughtful amenities. Enjoyed taking the kayak out for spin and wildlife watching (the hummingbirds were probably sick of me!) Thank you Dawn & co. for a great week!"

It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. "The location is perfect, right on the lake with a private dock. The screened in porch gets you bug free evenings to listen to the sound of the lake after sunset. This is a lake camp. Tidy and comfortable. Rustic yet functional. "

"This 2 bedroom duplex was very conveniently close to town. There was plenty of room to spread out and even had a little reading nook in the basement. It was very homey.."

"An idyllic stay at a property that was delightful, from the views to the overall comfort, and was well and amply stocked with thoughtful amenities. The location is great, in terms of proximity to Damariscotta and environs, but one also feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of summer tourists. The kayaks were fun, as was looking for animals in the water at low tide. A true haven of a rental that was much appreciated!"

"It was very cool to stay over the water and to be able to walk down and sit out on the deck and the floating deck. The property is located on a very busy road and it is very easy to drive by the property. The parking is tight. Otherwise lovely stay. "

The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. "Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen was modern, clean, and very functional."

"Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. "
