Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception Cons We were up 3 flight of stairs. "Great location, pleasant staff, good good in restaurant. Staff sorted out a Black Cab tour for us even at a late hour. Their off site parking could use better signage for pedestrian access and exit. It is not owned by the hotel however they could better facilitate access."

"We enjoyed the location and convenience of this property. From there we walked all the way to the Titanic Museum. Many restaurants were only one block away on Botanic Street; the Botanical Gardens were also very close by and lovely."

"I loved this hotel and would definitely return! The staff couldn’t be nicer & more helpful. The rooms are beautiful & comfortable and a great value. The location is convenient. The rooftop bar has great views of Belfast. The only drawback was the elevators are being worked on, so they were slow and some large tour groups stay there, so breakfast was very crowded. But the staff did a great job accommodating us and the Irish porridge was delicious."

"Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs."
