Central and Modern Apartment in a Restored Chalet

This modern and spacious apartment has just recently been restored in a traditional 1800s Sintra Chalet. It is right in the centre of Sintra with access to a small pateo and street parking and a variety of restaurants, shops and transport links of buses and trains within a maximum of 2 minute walking distance.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a recently restored Chalet all owned for the same use. The apartment is for guest use only and offers access to a small outdoor area. The house has been restored to offer modern details in a traditional building to ensure maximum comfort. It is composed of 1 king sized bedroom and an additional bedroom with a single bed which can accommodate another 1 or 2 people by extending the single bed into a double.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. It is accessed via its own corridor directly from the street entirely for guest use only.

Great Location

Nice place close to all the tourist attractions.More of a hotel vibe with people staying above you and a corridor that was shared by other apartments. Great beds and well stocked kitchen.

Cozy stay

This apartment is absolutely lovely—cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The host was kind and easy to communicate with, and we were greeted with a thoughtful gesture: a bottle of wine and a bag of delicious traditional Portuguese pastries, which made our arrival feel extra special. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sintra and conveniently close to the train station. There are also several coffee shops nearby with friendly staff, perfect for a quick treat or morning coffee. The only downside was the ventilation inside the apartment, as humidity built up quickly. However, this wasn’t a major issue for us since we spent most of our time exploring. The apartment comes equipped with a humidifier, and opening the windows helped improve airflow. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this cozy gem to anyone visiting Sintra!

Accesible on first floor and just perfect for us!

We stayed two days in Sintra with my elderly parents. We needed a first floor with no stairs and this place was simply perfect! The owner was wonderful as well and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Guy’s place. Perfect location, comfortable for 2 couples. Nespresso coffee machine was greatly appreciated. Great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great location, no AC

Great location near the historic district and the train station. There are numerous things to see and restaurants to visit in the area. The property was nicely appointed & clean, however doesn't have air conditioning nor any fans. We didn't have much of a problem because we left the windows open, (no screens) and the dehumidifier worked well.

Wonderful apartment located near the rail station

We travelled to Sintra by train and the apartment is located near the station which was perfect. The host was very helpful. The apartment was clean and professionally presented. It is spacious and well equipped. Perfect to explore Sintra.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time in Sintra. It is a great location near the train station and local restaurants. Guy was very accommodating and responsive; we had a slight issue upon arrival but Guy rectified it quickly. The listing is accurate we would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

The space is beautiful. Clean, minimalist but cozy. The tiles are charming and we loved the feeling of safety. The location is perfect to access town and the train. We loved our stay. The one bed was luxurious, the other needs a new mattress!

Great apartment!

We had a wonderful stay here for our time in Sintra! The apartment is clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you need. There were even a few toys for our kids to play with! The location is wonderful with just a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the train. We will definitely stay here again :)
