"The hotel is a pretty new one. The room is nice and well facilitated, but the service at their front desk, restaurant, and public area are unqualified--not internationally, very localized, and sometimes rude. They do not offer shuttle service to any nearby spots; as this hotel is very far from the downtown and commercial area in "Binjian district" of Hangzhou City, it is very difficult to get a taxi for the hotel and very high cost to take taxi for every places you go in the city."

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities.
