"Gorgeous place! Calm neighborhood with ample parking. Love the bedroom, love the bathroom decor( especially the sink), quality and thickness of the tp, comfortable bed, hot and strong shower, pristine & immaculate interior. The owner was amazing - proactive with communication in minutes, The rental looks better in person. I left relaxed and energized. The Parkway is 6 minutes away. Overall - 10/10. Will definitely come back. Thank you."

"We went to check in around 5pm since check in was at 4. Luckily we were able to leave our kids with family while we went to check out the place and unload our luggage. We arrived and parked in the street like we were told and walked to the back around the whole yard on an unfinished path. We had to step over a large roof drain pipe to get to the basement door which was not very safe. We went inside turned on the lights and proceeded to check the rooms to find the floors filthy, crumbs were all...

"Stayed here for a weekend wedding, loved the property. So close to town, only a few blocks from the ferry (5 minute walk) and maybe 15 minute walk to the market/Flynns. Clean and beautiful house, lots of light, great stay."

"I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend."

"Property is exactly as described. Beds are comfortable. Parking on the street was easy. This basement apartment is newly decorated and squeaky clean. There was a hot water heater but no coffee maker. We brought this to the owners attention and it should not be a problem in the future. We would stay here again! "

"This waterfront property was clean and nicely decorated. Loved sitting outside at night in front of the fire pit table! Great neighborhood and only a five minute drive to the train station. Would definitely stay again!"

"We were in Long Island for a wedding and had an enjoyable weekend stay. House was very comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 7. Dr Angela met us at check-in and showed us around. House and grounds are well maintained and shows pride of ownership."

"This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property."

"This was probably the most outstanding property we have ever rented...and we travel and rent all over the country frequently. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so serene. It sits on a property that is breathtaking. You feel like you are at a fancy hotel but the entire property is yours and yours alone. We watched baby swans, ducks and fireflies at night. We were a 15-20 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Robert Moses and a 2 hour drive from Montauk.We were able to stay for a very reasonable price over a notoriously expensive weekend.Jenelle's communication was direct, welcoming and helpful.We would definitely stay here again!"
