"We are Modesto Birth & Beyond, a Doula Group, and we celebrated two of our Doulas who are pregnant with a small little sprinkle! It accommodated all eight of us comfortably. The kitchen is an updated modern farmhouse with an open layout. Also, a lovely butler’s pantry too. We were able to make dinner as well as breakfast! We will be back!! "

"Beautiful property in a safe, fantastic location in Modesto. Outdoor area with pool was beautiful. Pool wasn’t heated, so we didn’t actually go in, but we enjoyed sitting outside by it with coffee in the morning. Would recommend staying here. "

"We rented this beautiful place for the weekend to be with our dad who turned 100 on Friday, April 4th. We have been planning for months. This is an amazing house with all the amenities and a great atmosphere and lots of space with 6 bedrooms, kitchen and lovely backyard and seating areas. I would love to rent this again sometime and stay longer. Great communication. I have only wonderful things to say about this stay and the house."

"This a nice property in terms of location, host responsiveness, easy parking, and decor. However, there are a few things keeping me from giving it 5 stars. The beds are extremely firm. All 5 of us in our group found them quite uncomfortable. We also had an issue with operating the thermostat. It’s a digital unit that isn’t intuitive and doesn’t include any operating instructions. I felt bad that the AC guy who came out to the property late in the evening had to be the one to show us how to use...

"My wife and I stayed here for 2 days and really loved this place. Unfortunately, we were in the area for a memorial service so the trip wasn't entirely for fun. But we plan to return w/friends and take advantage of the local wine tasting. So much better than any place we've ever stayed at in Napa. The house was clean, well stocked, organized, and comfortable. Allen was very helpful when we needed to communicate and he is obviously experienced with running a VRBO property. Very professional...
