"The property was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. Decorations gave you a very comfy, welcomeing feeling. We were very impressed by by how quiet it was. No outside noises of any kind. Even though we fid not use the kitchen, there appeared to be everything you would need.We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is having out of town guests. "

"There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. "

"My granddaughter & I had a fun chilly May weekend in Edinboro celebrating her 13th birthday! Boro Bungalow is so pretty, was more space than we needed & had everything for us from a whistling tea kettle to comfy beds. We enjoyed (short 5 minute) “walk to peaceful lake & Bagel Shop “drive to town for lively Edinboro Music & Art Festival, good spots to eat (recommend Flips) & small shops, gas stations, CVS. "Great stay, nice place to gather with family. Lake view was very nice as well. Unfortunately, the lake cannot be used (only for campground and mobile home owners there, as per the campground owner). Also, the basement with the twin beds is not connected internally to the rest of the house (you have to go outside via the stairs to the back deck). Owner was very responsive to issues as they arose. "
