Luxury Loon Mtn Home Sleeps 16 with pool/gym access

Beautiful post and beam home right on Loon Mountain! 16 Queens Way boasts breathtaking views with plenty of space for up to 4 families. Sleeps 16 comfortably, everyone has a bed! This is a luxury home for families and should not be booked for a group of over 12 adults and no children, we do not host stag/bachelorette parties, college reunions, guy weekend etc. This is set in order to preserve the enjoyment, environment, and quality for our qualifying guests and the home is simply not designed for those stays. Guests can enjoy an outdoor fire at your very own fire pit. Comes with pool/gym/spa access at the Mountain Club on Loon. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all the necessities. Two Master Suites, one on the first floor and one on the second. Entire lower level has two bedrooms, full bathroom and a 2nd family room complete with a ping pong/air hockey table. Some nearby activities include: Hiking, Swimming, Skiing, Zip-lining, Snowmobiling, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale and many more! 30 minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee. 45 minute drive to North Conway area attractions. Linens and Bath towels are included. Pool towels are provided for you at the Mountain Club. Bring your own beach towels if you plan on visiting one of the many rivers, lakes or other swimming holes the area has to offer.
This is a perfect retreat to building memories with family and friends and is kept in such great quality by hosting families and groups of adults and children of all ages. This is not an ideal home for large groups of adults only or parties. We hope you understand as we work hard to keep it surpassing the hopes of our moms and dads and excitement of the little ones that come to share their time with us and the White Mountains. Thank you

If you ski, this place is perfect. It's right at the mountain and you get a pass for the mountain club as well. Perfect for up to 16 people, so splitting with 2-3 families is ideal. Great location for warm weather activities as well. Clean as a whistle.

Absolutely a perfect place to stay. Michael was responsive to all our questions and the house is fantastic!! It is fully stocked with everything you need from cooking to playing games. The fireplace and views were amazing. Even had a Christmas tree for the holidays! We were a family of eight and it was a perfect fit. Close to skiing, shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back.

This was our second stay at Michael’s lovely home! The house is warm and welcoming, well stocked with plenty of room for our group 10. We hope to return next year for another “Journey to the North Pole” and the train is minutes away! Thank you!!

The house was great for our extended family to get together with small kids. Kitchen and home has everything you could need and everything location was labeled so you weren’t guessing where to put kitchen items back. Communication was excellent. Location is right on the Mountain as well. Overall great property!

What a beautiful place to spend our yearly Loon vaca! This home was all we could have asked for, with nothing lacking. The only reason for 4 stars for location was that I thought it was a bit closer to the mountain club got the pools but we worked it out! There were 13 of us and plenty of room for all!! Wonderful time!! Would recommend to anyone!

This home was wonderful. Everything you need and more. The location was perfect and the view off the deck amazing. The owner was very attentive in providing us with all the information ahead of our stay and available if needed during. This is a perfect home to enjoy with friends and family.

We've been vacationing in Lincoln for nearly 25 years. We've never seen a nicer or more well-equipped house! We were 8 adults (4 couples) and 2 twin 5-month olds. Everyone had plenty of space to mingle or opt for some private time. Bedrooms were great and comfy, kitchen had everything you'd want, the wood firepit at night was a great treat! Thanks so much, we would absolutely stay again!

This beautiful home on Loon Mountain was the perfect place for my family to spend the week! The house was cozy with spectacular views. It has a well stocked kitchen for family meals and the perfect table for the 14 of us to eat together. There are 3 separate social spaces inside which allowed all ages to do the activities they enjoy while at home. The Mountain Club was fun for everyone - so great to have both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The location is also fabulous! There are so many activities available for all ages and interests.

Had a great time with our family at this property. It was clean, had enough space for everyone and in a great location. Had something to offer for everyone. We had six kids under 5 and they all got along.. when does that ever happen?! Would definitely go back!

We decided to spend Christmas at Loon this year and we couldn’t have picked a better property. Michael was great to work with, the home was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountain. They even put up a full size tree, which really completed the experience for us!

This was a 2nd annual holiday trip to kickoff Christmas with our growing family of kids and grandchildren. The house was warm and welcoming with lots of space, a great kitchen, roomy living room with awesome fireplace and views as well as plenty of beds and a cool ping pong/ air hockey table! We were in close proximity to the railroad where we took advantage of the Journey to the North Pole. We could easily make this our 3rd annual holiday destination! Great place!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and CLEAN! We were so impressed at the cleanliness of this home and the attention to detail. The location was perfect, secluded with gorgeous views of the mountains yet a close drive to local attractions and stores. The home owner was VERY accommodating as we asked for an early check-in and late check-out We have already talked about renting this property again!
