"Great location and house was equipped with everything we needed. "

"Great place to stay with our family with family friends staying in the adjoining room. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a short 2-night stay. The small kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and having real dishes and utensils available was a plus. The beds were very comfortable as well (which can make or break a vacation for me). Overall, I highly recommend this place."

"A great place to spend a day or a couple days. We were traveling to attend a wedding. The small kitchen, two baths, pool was just what we needed. Access was easy, and the rocky river behind the resort gave the family hours and hours of entertainment. Rick was quick to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. "

"The house was clean and plenty comfortable for 10 adults. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook large meals. Hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. Host was very responsive and check in and check out were simple. Definitely would book again. "

"We had a great stay with the pond out front and mountain view’s! Great leap off point for hiking for our family. Nice pool and tennis courts and they have gear to loan for pickle ball and tennis and more. Very quiet location with respectful neighbors so lovely to sit back at the end of the day on the deck and enjoy stars in the sky and ducks in the pond. Super dog friendly place as well. Very nice space inside with big couches and a large dinner table for meals and games…a great family place for...

"My family stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a lovely time. The house is very spacious with everyone feeling as though they had enough room. Kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyable and private hot tub. Lovely bathrooms. Game room was a nice treat. Neighborhood peaceful. Close to many activities to enjoy. Host very responsive and checked in proactively. "

"My friends and I had an incredible stay mountainside at Loon. Mike was an unbelievable host making check in and check out the easiest I’ve ever had at a rental, and super helpful answering any questions. House was clean as can be upon arrival. If you are looking to stay in Lincoln there is not better spot to be! 10/10!!"
