Huge oceanfront views from walls of windows. Enjoy spacious, open living and close to beach access! Our split level oceanfront home is open yet cozy offering individual space as well as gathering space too. Master bedroom has gas fireplace and slider to huge deck. Also, master bath has a large soaking tub and separate shower. The oversized living room offers a gas fireplace and the open large kitchen is complete with an eating bar plus formal dining area. Living room has new sectional with sleeper sofa. Second bedroom is spacious. The great room downstairs boasts a big screen TV a separate bathroom and a quiet area to relax. Just two doors away is the beach access. Stairs but definitely worth it. Watch pelicans soar just above the waves, surfers surf, seals play and whales spouts!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it worked out great for our party of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and our dog. Clean and kitchen is well appointed making it easy to make some meals and save some money on eating out. Location is also very central so you are close to everything and the views absolutely cannot be beat. We will absolutely stay here again.

Everything was excellent during our stay. House was clean and cozy. Great views and had some great sunsets with walks on the beach. Fireplace was a perfect addition for our stay and kept the main room warm. The only thing we were lacking was a crab cracker but we managed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was the perfect size for our group of four adults—plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful.The highlight was without a doubt the stunning ocean view—it truly took our breath away every single day. We loved starting our mornings with coffee while watching the waves, and ending our evenings with those unbeatable sunsets.Communication with the owner was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made everything even smoother and more enjoyable. If we could make just two small suggestions, it would be to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms and slightly more comfortable chairs outside—but those are minor compared to how amazing this property is.We will absolutely be staying here again and again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Lincoln City getaway!

The view is fantastic. Would stay there again just for the view. Lots of floor space for infant learning to crawl. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Some warm weather during our stay could have used a fan in the bedroom.Streets are narrow so not a great location to walk with children. A few houses down there are steps that take you to the beach(110 steps) but easy to navigate. Never used the downstairs at the house except to put laundry in before leaving didn’t need it. Great coffee shops close by.

The front bathroom smelled awful of sewer. Kitchen cabinet door fell off. No shampoo or conditioner provided.Second bedroom bed super uncomfortable. They need to upsgrade to a new King, there is plenty of room. Cross breeze noted but screens were not in place.patio for oxen view needs updating. Dirty and rough.

Fabulous Ocean View

The ocean view as shown in the property listing is why we reserved this home for a return trip to Lincoln City and we were not disappointed. Fabulous view! Perfect Oregon coast

Great views from big and nice deck, close beach access and beach is very clean and nice. Convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. Good parking. We took lots of photos!

Wonderful House with an outstanding view.

Great house for a weekend getaway. My wife and I stayed overnight here. Fireplaces worked, more than one roll of paper towels, didn't use them but they seem to be a luxury item in most houses, clean linens that smelled good, everything in the house worked, fantastic view, clean windows you could actually see through as well as a jetted tub that actually worked. My wife liked that fact that there were extra blankets in the closet for the bedroom.Cons: One of the beds squeaked very badly when moving around at night. Garage door code did not work, not a big deal as you could open the door from inside when you gained accessAll in all a very nice place. I really wished that VRBO and all properties for that matter had earlier check ins and later check outs. When you pay the amount of money you do for a residence like this and you technically only get 18 Hours to stay it seems like you don't get your monies worth.

Lovely!

Most beautiful and well kept rental we’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of comfy places to sit and the view can’t be beat. Loved the fireplaces, jacuzzi tub and ocean sounds from the deck and living room/bedroom. Quiet neighborhood we hadn’t explored before, and appreciated you allowed our dog to come. The turf on the deck was very thoughtful. We hope to return soon, thank you!
