"They are remodeling so there is a lot of noise during the day. They do have signs up letting guests know they are renovating. The breakfast was limited."

"Well we were woken up at 3 AM by a malfunctioning smoke alarm that maintenance could not turn off. after 20 minutes of us waiting in the lobby the front desk lady gave us a new room and extended our checkout as we had to move rooms in the middle of the night the new room was on the 7 th floor the malfunction happened on the 4 th floor the new room was nicer than the first room. The front desk lady was super at trying to accommodate us due to the incident."

"During the day, the outside is filled with tweakers and all kinds of people that shouldn't be hanging around. There are abandoned cars in the parking lot with trash in them. I wouldn't recommend staying there. It's run down and very trashy."

"Best hotel during our family roadtrip. We stayed here for 3 nights during a hockey tournament and it was AMAZING. THE BEST STAFF, breakfast was amazing, rooms were so clean, the pool and arcade were great too!!!! 100% recommend."

"Was a walk away from Mall of America and had a crosswalk over traffic. Clean, friendly, and respectful staff. Breakfast was good."

"I have littles so this pool/water park was amazing for them!! Our room was nice, sheets had some spot stains upon arrival. Front desk was accommodating and went and changed the sheets for us. No big deal, otherwise the hotel was nice and clean! Breakfast was complimentary but only cereal and bagels! And the only complaint would be having to pay $10-15 a night for parking when you already pay hundreds for the hotel room!"

"Big Room with lots of comfort. Mattress was extremely comfortable and pillows were lux. We use the pool. It was clean. Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues. Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked. Nice choices at breakfast."
