"Location was excellent to our concert at Globe Life Field. Only a 20 min. walk. Property felt super safe and the room was clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that I was charged $1 a week after our stay by the hotel with no explination. While it is only $1, I feel that If someone is doing this for every guest, then someone is making some $$$ as a side scam. "

"Wasnt able to finish my review and it posted. I was incorrectly charged mulitple charges and its been almost a week and some are still reflecting on my account. Jade has been very helpful in rectifying this. I dont like that they can change your card and it stays on file to continue to be charged. I was charged room fee, Deposit and then deposit was refunded. Then had almost 10 other charges in random amounts charged. I now am having to close my card because of this. Very inconvenient and...

"Staff was amazing. It is clear the staff is keeping this older property in repair. There are signs of work being performed, which i take as a good sign. I caught the end of breakfast, so it is unfair to the staff to evaluate a buffet as they close it. The air condition was great."
