"We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...

"Property was in a great spot, within walking distance for many places!!! They arranged our transportation when requested. Very comfy beds, fantastic shower!!! Only issue was jack hammering all day across the street, so very noisy at this time so may want to ask if it was completed before you book."

"What a beautiful hotel. Very aesthetic and very guest oriented. Kyriaki is brilliant and so very guest oriented. Every query of ours was reverted to regardless of what time we asked. Our stay was wonderful and the view from our room with balcony so beautiful. Amenities are very well laid, and housekeeping does a wonderful job daily in cleaning and resetting the room. Thank you for such a memorable stay!"

"Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

This is old but wonderful. If you are expecting something perfect and new do not stay here. If you’d like something authentic, close to everything in the Old Port and with a breathtaking view of the lighthouse and harbor, this is your place. Make sure you specify room with a balcony. "Very comfortable boutique hotel. Very good shower, comfortable bed, nice sheets, pillows and comfortor. No front desk but easy online check-in. Was also upgraded to a suite. Quiet part of harbor area and very quaint. Good price - would stay again."
