This is no fault of the hotel; people are on holiday and naturally want to enjoy themselves. We visited in May, which is considered a shoulder season month, yet the noise from others in the harbor and surrounding nightlife did not settle down till after 2:00 a.m. The port also comes alive very early in the morning, with...

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

"We had an amazing honeymoon stay at this hotel. The room was new and very clean. The provided robe and slippers were a great touch! The best part is the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond and sent a very sweet honeymoon gift and note. The location is central and a short walk to a safe underground public parking lot (paid) and grocery store. Breakfast on the rooftop was consistent and very tasty. 11/10 hotel! Would stay here again in the heartbeat."

"I loved the location for visiting Old Town. It's also conveniently located right next to the bus station so I recommend taking the the bus from the airport it will save you a ton. The breakfast was good as were the drinks at the bar. I'd do dinner at the surrounding restaurants. Overall it's a very nice place"

The reasons I don’t rate with 5 stars: I asked for AirPort shuttle upon my arrival, but nobody showed up, room phone didn’t work and clean lady smacked my door really hard twice even though I out the do not disturb sign."

"Great location, great staff, fantastic breakfast! Highly recommend. Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. (We found parking garage, and paid about 25€ a day)"
