"La struttura è grande e luminosa, il check in è stato veloce e non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema. È situata in un piccolo borgo un po' isolato quindi è necessario essere muniti di macchina x spostarsi e raggiungere spiagge e paesi bellissimi non distanti. La cucina è attrezzata e accogliente. Il wi fi funziona talvolta a tratti ma nel complesso è efficiente. Noi siamo stati molto bene, consigliato."

"An absolute gem. The private beach is much nicer than the photos, perfect for snorkelling, the two pools are great and all the amenities kept in great condition. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff always friendly. It’s probably the best hotel anywhere near this price, fully recommend!"

"We were three adults staying in this beautiful apartment located 15-20 minutes walk along the sea to the old town. The apartment was impeccable and the cleaning staff came regularly. "We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. "This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."

"The room was clean and towels and linen changed every other day. The staff were amazing and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as was up and out every morning. All in all it was a lovely hotel and everwhere for us was within walking distance. Having the supermarket next door was a plus, couple of minutes walk to the beachfront, cafes and bars. "

"Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently.
