Enjoy tropical lagoon views, on a centrally located, beachfront resort. This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style resort is situated oceanfront on 25 lush acres of Kauai's eastern shore. Conveniently located between Kauai’s south and north shores, making it perfect for your island adventures. Only minutes from the airport, Costco, Walmart and Shopping. You will go thru a tree canopy lined drive that leads to the Kauai Beach Resort and Villas. Several acres of beach front property to enjoy and explore. Paradise will be your back yard!

Conveniently located just 8 minutes by car to the Lihue airport, 5-minutes to the Wailua Golf Course, and only a few minutes to nearby Lydgate Beach Park, Kamalani Playground, and the Wailua River Fern Grotto.

Easy Going Stay

My family and I absolutely love the location and quality of the condo. We were thrilled that it was on the ground floor, which made it super easy to access all the resort amenities. It was just a short walk to the pool and the other resort facilities. The condo had everything we needed, including towels, a small cooler, and beach chairs. I really appreciated the easy communication between the host and myself. We had no trouble getting in and out, and following instructions during check-in and checkout. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great condo experience.

Nice pool

Property grounds are pretty well maintained, centrally located to North and South areas, near airport, older building, quiet area, pool area is very nice, it was also nice to have access to the Outrigger Resort pools next door.
