"The staff at the property were polite & greeted us every time we arrived to the property. Breakfast was not the best I’ve eaten at a Hilton hotel. There were many selections available for full breakfast, Most items were overcooked. The room & linen was clean, the carpets throughout the property were badly stained. Hallway carpet on the 6th floor was lifted and very dirty."

"This was the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve visited. They made us feel so welcome and everything was excellent. They provided shuttle service (Deyvone was great), bar with food (Shay was great) and (Marcia )at the front desk went above and beyond great service. The room was comfortable and clean. The uplifting sayings throughout the building makes the stay even more fun."

"We had loud music that kept us up till after midnight. The people in the next room were so loud we could hear everything that said. There was an oder as soon as we stepped inside."

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On my first night, I discovered blood stains on the bed sheets. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. As a result, I had to change the sheets myself. While doing so, I found additional blood stains on the pillows, which was even more disturbing. At that point, I removed all the bedding, threw it on the floor, took photographs, and brought the issue to the attention of the...

"All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!"
