  • We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Port-Leucate, this charming apartment of 40 m2, with wifi, air-conditioned, at 150 m of the beach, in a calm and raised residence, and being able to accomodate 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the southern sun. Wifi, we are waiting for you!

    The accommodation is composed as follows:
    - A living room of 15 m² with connected TV, sofa and a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.
    - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
    - Two bedrooms with two double beds (140×190) and storage space.
    - A shower room with shower and basin.
    - Separate toilet.

    Outside :
    - A terrace of 14m², facing South-East with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun!

    The apartment is ideally located in Port-Leucate, in a quiet residence with trees, near the sea.
    At 30 m, bakery, pizzas, bike rental.
    At 5 mn to the port, on foot : essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Super Séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Evelyne. Un grand merci pour son accueil et sa bienveillance.Le logement est super agréable, pratique et très bien équipé. Nous avons profité de la région hors saison et c'est à refaire tellement la nature et les paysages sont beaux et changeants selon la météo et le moment de la journée.

L'équinoxe 🙂 Cet appartement est très bien placé, juste à côté de la mer et est très bien équipé. Très propre, très fonctionnel, nous y avons passé trois excellents jours. Mention très bien pour Evelyne, notre hôte, qui nous a très bien accueilli et nous a offert un cadeau de bienvenue. L'appartement a été remis à neuf, repeint complètement, ce qui le rend encore plus attractif. Je recommande cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Port Leucate et qui veulent profiter de la mer !

Beaucoup de jolies choses a faire dans un rayon de quelques kilomètres en voiture. Nous avons trouvé que l'environnement proche (accessible a pied) manque de charme, mais cela est un point du vue personnel. En tous cas, le logement est tout à fait conforme a la description, nous recommandons cette location sans réserve."

L'équinoxe Logement bien situé et fonctionel. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Douche un peut petite. C'est la 1ère fois que la litterie ne nous fait pas mal au dos. Veillez à bien vous mettre d'accord pour le ménage lors du départ. Sur le site le ménage et en option et quand vous arrivez on vous demande de payer pour qu'il soit fait. L'appartement étant pas très grand nous avons fais le ménage nous même et nous n'avons pas payé.

L'équinoxe "The only place I want to stay in Leucate 🙂 We have been going to Leucate 2 or 3 times a year for the past 4 years. All the place we'd stayed were fine. But none like this. First of all Eveline is SO nice and helpful in every way. And her apartment is spectacular. Comfortable, clean, and it has literally everything you need and more. Heating, A/C, BBQ, terrace, more kitchen utensils than we have at home! Oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster... there was even coffee & tea... spices... And everything is practically brand new. She has paid close attention to all the details. And you sincerely feel at home and would stay for many, many days. Beach a 5 minute walks away... Thank you for everything Eveline. We'll be back soon... again and again! 🙁 There's nothing not to like!"
