"The room was immaculately clean. As a female I was given the room with a toilet which was appreciated. There was cereal in the room and a fridge with drinks and yoghurt so it was well thought out. The room was very good value. My only thought is that the entrance into the front garden could have been better. There were 2 bags of what could have been cement lying at the entrance which was already quite narrow so not the best when carrying a heavy suitcase. But parking was very handy and the...

"Room was very spacious. Great location in the centre of Inveraray. Only down side was our room was on the main road. Very noisy during the early hours of the morning. Check in is in the brambles cafe, but cafe was busy. Staff was great but was understandably trying to do many things. Sign of the times. But room was certainly fantastic."

"We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though,...

"Exceptional service from the staff (Kim, Lisa and Declan were so helpful) from arrival to departure. Food was very good- great breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea. The rooms were lovely. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Overall it felt luxurious and personal. Highly recommend."
