" Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. "

"We had such a good time here! It was quiet and so relaxing. We made good use of the paddle board and kayaks. The water was warm and easily accessible which was great! The house was beautiful and well stocked and Abbie was so kind checking in with us to see if everything was going good or if there was anything we needed.
