"As advertised. The host was very responsive, working with me on an issue with the listing. Well furnished and equipped apartment with an upstairs deck overlooking nice backyard. Would definitely rent again especially if we come back with a larger group. The apartment can easily accommodate four adults."

"My family was looking for a rental close to the beach that could host 4 adults and this was the perfect fit. They especially loved the wraparound deck on the apartment’s second level, which made for a great spot to drink coffee and play cards with the cool beach breeze. Thank you for hosting! "

"We were in town for a family wedding and had a very comfortable stay! It was a luxury to have private parking waiting for us as street parking was full when we arrived close to midnight. Inside, there was lots of space to spread out with so many thoughtful details such as: umbrellas by the door, Brita water pitcher with new filter, Keurig coffee maker with assorted ground coffees, Dove soap bars in the bathrooms, quality hand soaps, air purifiers in every room, just to name a few! "Great location so close to beach! My sisters and I really enjoyed waking to brunch at Turning Point in Pier Village and a really close walk to Rooney’s for dinner, It was cozy, clean. It worked out so well for us we decided we’d be booking again."

"The unit was in a multi-unit dwelling, but we didn’t have any interaction with other units/residents. Unit was clean and “as advertised.” I would have like if there were some window treatments in the living/dining room, but overall… it was really a great decision to rent this space for our family trip to NY!"
