"This tiny house was perfect for our short stay on a long trip from Nelson to MT Cook. The beach, just a short walk down the path, was incredible. The house had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep."

"From the time that we set eyes on your cottage we were hooked. The beautiful gardens front and back and the birds eating apples ,,. The atmosphere of the batch was amazing., We cranked up the fire and cooked potatoes so cool; Life as we knew it is still achievable.. Will definitley be back - .thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise."

"A lovely well appointed house. Lots of space to relax in, comfortable beds, lovely log fire, more than sufficient bathrooms. We found it a great place for a group of friends to get together to catch up, watch movies and enjoy great food. Near the beach but some of us also enjoyed the second hand shopping in Rangiora. Very close to Christchurch. So lots to do if you don't just want to relax. A pleasant rural outlook."

"It was nice to be so close to the sea. The area was very quiet. Good to be near the golf course. "

"Although the number of adults and children was clear beds were not set up for children the toaster was dirty and only enough towel for 1 each for a three day stay and no hand towel in toilet no spares no instructions for spa use or clorine available luckily we found some our interaction with agent was terrible we had wrong dates show on our end and trying to sort that was extremely stressful would not go though this agent again "

"Would have liked to be supplied with top up tea/coffee etc. Very compact as the name suggested as a tiny home. The grass slop to walk down to the tiny home did not have lighting down it and was dangerous as it was wet. The steps up to the tiny home had a fountain covering half the step, we found this dangerous, and had no lighting to safely nagavate to the tiny home. We had brought a little torch otherwise was could not have got into the tiny home safely. "

"Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss."

"Was a perfect little bacth in middle of Chch. Close enough to everything. "

"Beautiful townhouse just steps from beach access, groceries, and a couple of restaurants. Well decorated and stocked, though be aware it’s a lot of steps up to the main bedroom if you forget something. It was nice to be away from the crowds of Christchurch without feeling isolated. We would stay here again. "

"Took to long for a reply with details to arrive after money paid.Accommodation needed cleaning especially getting rid of cluster flys.Super comfortable beds. Warm sunny house with great view."

"Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!"
